Hey all! My newest article on the Odyssey Online was inspired by a problem that anyone (maybe even the person reading this right now) who's passionate about something can relate to. For me, that something has always been mental health. I've always been passionate about mental health issues and I've always wanted to contribute to breaking the stigma around them, raising awareness, spreading education, etc. But I never thought I could do anything worthwhile for the cause...I assumed advocacy was something that only politicians, CEOs, influencers or members of nonprofits/organizations could participate in.

Turns out, that couldn't be farther from the truth. While doing some research, I found out that practically anyone can advocate for mental health in their community. I came across countless ideas and activities that were shockingly easy, cheap and made for literally anyone who's passionate about mental health and wants to contribute to the cause; regardless of occupation, social status or wealth.

So, I was inspired to compile the easiest and most accessible tactics in my latest article, which you can read by clicking here.

I hope this helps anyone who wants to do something for mental health but was just struggling on the "who, what when, where and why" of it all, like I was. Enjoy!
